10-20 calls per day

Every single day I receive a minimum of 5the and up to 20 calls a day from Cardholders services. I have asked to be taken off of their list and am always immediately hung up on. I have asked to please not be hung up on, and Click. I have also called back almost every time to remove myself from their list but I think it's only for the individual number they call from. Its a new number almost every time. I can not get them to stop calling no matter how nice or upset I am.
