reformer snapped.....so much pain

hi ok frist i want to say i love pilates,its awsome.. I purchased the reformer for home(its like 4 bands in to 1-4 loops) with the dvd workout... i loved it until a couple of weeks later i was doing my workout,i do the full dvd 3xs a week,completely following the dvd whn allof a sudden the cords snapped in iddle of my workout..the rubber thing tht holds bands into 4 loops snaped right off!!!!!! omg so much pain one strap hit eye n yup its black my right foot got it bad too its so crampy i cnt even walk or put pressure and my right arm is black bc the othr loop hit it hard.... it happend so fast i dnt evn know wht happend,all i knw is tht im black n blue n in so much pain..............o and one band also hit mt head i was doing the full body strech w it so u can understand it was at full capacity so whn it snapped on me it really hurt and still does its been a week n still so much pain................I hope gunthy renker does somethg for me bc i do love this company.....................thx
