Wrong Product given when ordering from Drive Thru

Went to KFC last night prior to going to a gathering of family and friends. I was supposed to bring a KFC 20 Piece Hot Wing to the gathering. I placed the order at the drive through kiosk. There were four or five cars in front of me. I paid for the order, waited a couple of minutes, and then was handed a bag. I did not inspect the bag prior to driving off. I should have known better. Long story short, I arrived at my gathering with a Grilled Three piece chicken order. What a major disappointment; not to mention the embarrassment it caused. The moral of this story is "Check your Order" before leaving the drive through.
