Soliciting

Caller with heavy Indian accent calling from Medical Compency Department asking questions such as if I've been on blood thinners, if I've had bladder sling surgery and if I've had ovarian cancer.   He doesn't answer questions on who he works for; no company, not USA.   Doesn't say how he got my name.  Refuses to put manager in the phone.  so tired of these calls.
Finally told him I was going to report him.
