They say they're lawyers and want you to pay an old acct... no acct number .company etc threats and more threats and an awful language

    Complaints start within the last week.  Short complaint history is usually a sign of a scam that keeps changing their phone numbers.

    This caller called and said that I owe a first cash loan $ 651.31;which I have never received.They suppose to send a suppiner to my door in 4-5 business days.

    This company have been harrassing me at my place of employment! Even after I repeatedly told them this was a business. They had nothing to say, kept saying it's an attorney's office but wouldn't say the name. Sometimes called on a local number which when I called it back wanted a card number. Who can I report them to for them to stop calling a business?

    Accents indicate probable overseas extortion racket.  About half the "debt collector" complaints on this site are now coming from such scams.  They are not "lawyers", they cannot "arrest" anyone, and they can't carry out any other threat, either.  They are just looking for suckers to con into paying them for non-existent "payday loans".

    they want money right away either from a credit card or wire transfers they saound indian or pakistani ..they will not give the name of the company ...they will say police will be arresting you or you will be suponoed etc
