Will not stop calling

I looked online about  educational grants several weeks ago , I did call them and got no answer. Later I decided this was not what I wanted. These people called me later that evening and I told them I  was not interested. They proceeded to call me two more times that evening, again the next day and again about a week later. Every time I told then to stop calling me. Now about 6 weeks later they call me again.   The number they call from is 561-515-8699.
