Dear Sir/Madam,
God morning! I am a scientific researcher of the Brazilian government and on the 3rd of this month I had my computer invaded by a hacker whose IP number is 216.105.38.10 hosted by vhost.sourceforge.net. Asbefore taking any action with the government, I ask for your cooperation in, if possible, indicating to whom I should address myself in this reputed company, in order to disrupt the actions of an individual who causes me serious threats.
