they said that bank of america gets the money from them at 2% and chage me 12%

I asked if they had a website, they said no, I looked up card member services and found out they were a scam, told them they were a scam and was not interested and not to call again.   I hung up and they called back under an unavailable phone #, told them not to call again and hung up.   they continued calling for at least 10 times.   the original call was from a texas area code, when I called that phone no. it said it was not a working nol
