This company is calling people who barely know me and people I know leaving messages for me about a case they have against me. I am embarrassed by who all they are calling! I have never taken out this loan they are talking about. I am disabled and do not need this stress!

They violate FDCPA for illegal third party disclosure, as well as deceptive collection of the fake "debt" and deceptively implying some "lawsuit" or "investigation".
File complaints with FTC, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and your state Attorney General.
If you continue to have problems with them, contact an attorney, as you may be able to sue them for FDCPA violations. You can find a consumer attorney in your state through www.naca.net
