Bullshido

I owed money to citi cards, but i had made an agreement with citi cards for monthly payments. Soon after that I started getting calls from 1 800 521 3236 Client Services. The multiple times i've called back, i get sent to a voicemail. I left a message twice with my number and the calls stoped. Only 1 time did they call me back and when i answered, it was a man on the other end named "Michael Tanner."  He said he was from a collection agency, and wanted me to give him my Bank Routing Number. (Yea ok hold on let me get that for you) *Sarcasm*  I told him i don't give that information out over the phone, and my bank had advised me to never give that out over the phone.  

He told me that if i didn't believe he was a Collection agent, to call Citi cards and ask for him by name (Michael Tanner) Because they know him.  I hung up with him, and did exactly that.  Citi Cards knew nothing of him, nore ever heard the name before. However Citi cards did say that they sent my account to a collection Agency, which i found very odd because i had just worked out a monthly payment plan with Citi cards and made a $300 dollar payment towards what i owed. Come to find out after seeing this website, and reading everyones reviews on Client Services, i had told Citi cards about the Complaints on Client Services being Fraudulent and i wasn't going to give them any information.

Well then Citi Cards tells me that Client Services has nothing to do with collecting your payments, and your payments doesn't even go to them, it goes to Citi cards, and that Client Services just "Represents" Citi Cards, and helps Citi Cards to obtain delinquent Payments.  WHA?! So basically Citi cards is supporting this Fradulent company and using them as a Bully to get people to pay what they owe.  I did start to pay off what i owed to Citi Cards, but Citi Cards screwed up by sending this idiot company to call me which then confused me, because now i didn't know who to send the money to or what the hell was going on since i thought i had a monthly payment plan agreement with Citi Cards, and only caused me to stop sendin the next payment for the next month since i didn't know now who to send it too.  Luckily i got that agent who fessed up to the BS that was going on.  

So there you have it.  Client services is a paid bully by Citi Cards, and maybe other Credit companies as well.  DO NOT GIVE CLIENT SERVICES ANY OF YOUR INFO!!  I continued to send my payments to Citi Cards. Money Is Money, and if i owe them money they'll take it. Client Services has nothing to do with my Case or Yours! Beware
