Im so dissappointed and I give up

Me and my husband have 7 kids and was told that it would be easy for us to get  a week long room for $199-$299 on July 4th or any weekend we could. They also told us that we could leave for our kids and vacation wherever..This was in 2007 and we paid in full $7240 thinking this would be great for our family. Well we tried to always go places on the dates we wanted and they were never available. We were able to use twice..the first was a cruise in which was the same price as if we paid carnival straight out, and the second we went to myrtle in a condo and it was nasty, had mold everywhere and was stunk..called them and they said they apologize but didn't switch us to no where else and we had no where else to go..Again we are a family of 9.. ..as paying my yearly fee anyway even though we never used it because the days we needed WERE NEVER AVAILABLE!!
This is the first year I said forget it and didnt pay the yearly.....its a waist..and now they calling me and saying if i dont pay there sending to collections...and I paid  the $7240 in full. and this is how you do us even though we have paid every year since 2007..I complained before and still tried many many times still no dates we need and no trip!!!

We are pissed and so disappointed because We don't have much and hate that we were scammed....
I wish I could just get our monies back...
