Abusive and prank call

I am getting very frequent calls from the number 9110745984 . The calls were extremely disturbing and in untimely hours. Please help me to get rid of this. His name in true caller is prasad vangala from kolkata.. And once I answered his call and he was using prank and abusive language...  When I try to call him in return,  he doesn't answer my call..  My husband and all my family members are so worried...
