NOT CLEANING THE CLOTHES

I have a Maytag Bravos X washing machine for over two years. In the beginning, I thought I was doing something wrong; however, since then I realize it is the machine. There is not enough water in the tub to clean well. I have called and complained and only given answers by the customer service that anyone who does laundry already knows. My latest was this week--I added a Tide Boost pac to my tub. My clothes turned out with white spots from the pac where the boost did not dissolve. This machine needs more water in the tub!!
