Wanted access to my Computer Claiming People outside the US were trying to Hack it

Please ignore these calls.  As I probed his inquires he was unable to satisfactorily answer any of them. A few simple questions... How are able to identify the issue?.  Why have I not received actually mailing with their address?..  He hung up!
