This oganization identifies itself as "Card Services," and pitches an offer to lower your credit card rates. When I asked them exactly which card thet represent, they said Mastercard and VISA. If you tell them you're not interested, they immediately cut you off before you can tell them not to call again. Then yoiu'll get the same call again next week. I called VISA Customer Service, and they said they are not affiliated in any way with this bunch. The lady I spoke with advised me to have my phone company block the call, which I did. The rep at my phone company said that I could probably do that myself if my phone has "Selective Call Rejection"--you dial *30 and enter the call you want to block. The number that was calling me is 503-563-0072, an Oregon area code. The phone company rep said that the call may not even be from Oregon, since the scammers may have latched on to someone' number. Since you can't send a bullet over the phone, I suggest buying an air horn and giving them an earfull before they can hang up on you. Or, you can put on a phony accent, act "strange" and mess with them. Good luck!

File Do Not Call complaints with FTC.

    Or adopt this strategy...

If they have had to continually change their numbers, or just spoof caller id with false or non-working numbers, they must be having problems with people calling them back and tying up their lines.

The robocalls are made to sift through and find likely victims to hand off to "closers".
They have to improve the odds to make it pay, or they wouldn't be making them.
The robocalls cost them virtually nothing, but tie up their people, and they can't swindle someone else.

They are calling and harassing many more people than they have closers, so if even a fraction of those who got harassed, harassed back, they would choke on the wasted time.

Act like a "mark", use an alias, pretend you have a bunch of CC debt ($10k gets them interested), and ask lots of dumb questions about what they will do.

Waste more of their people time than they are wasting of yours.
