i've bought whirlpool 6th sense washing machine from ur whirlpool ramapuram ro directly last year. Now i'm facing service related issue. We used to buy scalegon & whirz pro washing liquid directly from ramapuram ro at a special rate which wud be lesser than home delivery rate but now one onroll employee by name karthick spoke to me in a rude way saying he wud give materials at home delivery rate only. As we reside near ramapuram we are buying materials directly from ur regional office but now i'm bit updset with such kind of response from ur employee.
This makes me to feel that i've made a wrong choice of buying ur product keeping in mind about future service support.
More over i feel ur employee is supporting indirectly to the vendor.
