servise

I beem used direct buy markham,this experisence is a nightmare for me ,the owner and all the manager they have terriable servise and attitude.i just bought a house on april ,we make decition to remodling the whole house,my husband had direct buy menmber almost 6years,he barely to use it cause if you just buy few itams its really not worthy you to even go there,they will charge you 8 %handling fee,hst13%and some of the itam they wiil charge you 5% fee i dont even know what is,like i bought a item their price is 75$,the bill came out have to pay is 103$,and you have to pick up by yourself at thier location,thats not big deal just till now i still didnt figer it out why they have thats much to charge on top of it .same week i ordered the a kichen carbinty 1,1000 and you have to pay the freelance designer at direct buy to help you order ,they charge you 2000 $ to put order for you if you dont pay this you will nerver can order your kitchen carbinty form direct buy,you have to think about it this is the extra you have to pay,then .....at the show roon i saw a buffa table avertiing on sale 3800 for dinning room set ,cuz is floor modle they said they gived a very good discout instead pay 7000$,,i trust them next day i brought check payed thats 26 april.after i paid one week later i find out at the back of them store is the wear house the rest of my dinning set are there i found the table had falled and broken paint and mirror cracked,talk to them i want to returen .they told me they dont return they will do is try to fix.....my heart is frozen ,i know i falled in ice .till today im still waiting them to try to fix the dinner table set ...be honest,just want tell everyone plus i hope direct buy officer or owner can see this review,find a way to your guys self ,dont say give them a better servise if your guys never give them any servise and help at all,i believe all the other review said now ,other location i dont know for a member myself with markham toronto they are serise scamer
