626-259-5536 and 702-705-5016 are a couple of the phone numbers but go back to Digitcom Services-one from California and one from Nevada. Say you can push no.1 to get us off call list but never works. Something has to be done about this company and the people who use it.

I concur.. this company is consistently calling numbers that are both on the do not call registry AND are private cell numbers...

We get them calling up in Canada too, on private unlisted cell numbers.
Answer the phone, ask them to hold on a moment.. set the phone down, and walk away! I only get them once a month now ;)

I got called last week on my cell phone, (which is my work number) 10 times in one day!!  They don't let you get a word in, so I had to Yell, wait a minute!!  Then told them no to call me any more.  30 minutes later another one.  So I went onto the no caller list.  Only to get called again the next day, (5 times), with yet another number from them.

Now it's happening to my husband.  Does anyone know how to get them to stop?

I was also getting tired of the calls. I went online and did a reverse look up to see which phone company owned this number(626)259-5522. The number is owned by Digitcom. I called the (800)464-5446 number to file a complaint. The said they would block my number from being called from them. If this fails to work I believe I will be calling them every time the number calls me perhaps it will get old eventually.

the telemarketers from hell starting call here today on cell at 9:30 am, this time number 702 520-1478 with some bogus "free" offer to give $200 from American Health; when I said no, they quickly hung up, then called back an hour later. I called back each time and asked to be placed on do not call list; wound up getting 5 calls between 9:30 and 4 today alone.  Did various searches and found others suffering.  Call the 800 464-5446; they claim they will file complaint and have number blocked.  Advised them I plan to complain to FCC if harassing calls continue.  IT IS harassment when telemarketers call 5 times a day.  Note also, they are outsourcing callers from another country; accents are thick. Also, no reputable business in Nevada would open for telemarketing ambush at 9:30 EST which is 6:30 am in Nevada.
For that matter, do not agree to allow anyone send you "free trial" information; another company did the same thing; spread out personal inforation to 6 or 7 companies who coincidentally bill you upfront for services, and manage not to send any literature in time to cancel and then stiff by charging for trial and monthly service never agreed upon.  They obviously having bank or credit card information on file were sold information by bank or credit card company, so I had to file disputes and cancel my card also. these are ALL scammers and privacy invaders.

They are still at it!  They called me! I did a reverse phone number lookup for 916 219-8187 which is Digitcom in Sacramento, CA.  I pushed "1" to be taken off their calling list.  We will see what happens.  I am on "do not call" list so how do they get away with this?  From the numbers posted above, there must be a Nevada connection since that is where I live.  I am going to try and let the Consumer Affairs office know of this link so perhaps this company can be stopped!

you should file at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm   At the federal level, the FTC can levy fines up to $11,000 per violation, and the FCC $10,000. The fines for violation of state DNC lists varies from $100 to $25,000.  So, if you really want to stick it to them, fill out the fcc form every time they call you.

In the last couple of months I have gotten OVER 250 phone calls from cell phones and land lines, so many from the phone system owned by Digitcom Services Inc.  The calls are on "Debt reduction" BUT more importantly, they have every red flag of being intent to defraud the people they phone. This is much MORE than a telemarketing irritation, it is a fraud. Using many different cell phone #'s (Like 909-650-9190 and 909-691-9119 -- AS well as some land lines in area codes in California, like this land line in Pasadena, CA ( 626-207-9102)
At first I tried to be super polite and get then to take me off their call list. They would hang up on me, despite my politeness. With an average of 3,  4 sometimes 5 calls a day, after a few weeks, I started to ask "what the name of their company was" or "if they had a website", etc. But they would never answer those questions, but rather just hung up on me, no matter how polite I asked.
They promised to send me "Free information" on certain financial matters, but NEVER would.
Those that went along with these professional sounding people -- (With no ethical or knowledgeable traits -- THEY have to be a "FLY BY NIGHT OUTFIT!" Trying to defraud any of us.
With these people never taking me off of their calling list for several months, I registered with the feds recently.  The info at the Federal site says it may take up teo 31 days to make this Do Not Call registration effective.
