Asked for info and when amount charged on cards was too high, they hung up! Unable to call them
back as # gives the automated voice recording that it is not a working number.

    I get calls for Health Insurance, Student Loans, Tech Support, and Investment Opportunties.  All are from numbers owned by Broadwing Communications.  I have decided to start calling the registered agent for them in my state for each and every call.  The registered agent in Missouri for Broadwing Communications is CT Corporation System in Clayton, MO.  https://bsd.sos.mo.gov/Common/CorrespondenceI ... 83483&version=1 The agents name is Kristen Bolden and the number is 314-863-5545.  I would encourage you to contact them and complain.
