This has to be a scam. They are rude, hang up on me and my husband multiple times. Wanted my husband's SSN and he wouldn't give it. The lady then read out someone else's SSN and said the will be filing court papers today for him to be served. They can't serve him with anything because they don't even have the correct SSN. What a bunch of scammers. Do not fall for this people. I do feel bad that they are giving out somebody's SSN over the phone. I'm just glad I recorded it and it's not my husband's.

    I get calls for Health Insurance, Student Loans, Tech Support, and Investment Opportunties.  All are from numbers owned by Broadwing Communications.  I have decided to start calling the registered agent for them in my state for each and every call.  The registered agent in Missouri for Broadwing Communications is CT Corporation System in Clayton, MO.  https://bsd.sos.mo.gov/Common/CorrespondenceI ... 83483&version=1 The agents name is Kristen Bolden and the number is 314-863-5545.  I would encourage you to contact them and complain.
