Billed from years ago!!!

I have been billed from two years ago once canceling my service with direct TV and returning them their cards. I was told I oreseres a PPV and never paid for it!!! This is is ridiculous! Two years ago!! And I'm not even their customer anymore! They assured me I owed them nothing! Now all of a sudden they threatened my credit!!!
