Complaint against the misbehaviour of the conductor and the driver

Respected sir\ madam
My self Tharuna Sree, travelling from Jyothi Nivas College to Koramangala depot in Bmtc puspak Bus on 2nd May 2012 @ 3.15 to 3.45 in the evening. Bus number was KA 01, FA- 1617. The conductor of the Bus was very rudly behaving. When i entered the bus i should the conductor my pass but the pass had already as of 1st may 2012; as i don no to read and write kannada i made a mistake. But when the conductor said the date was lapsed i immediately paid him 5bugs but he refused to give me ticket and my pass back; he demanded rs7 for giving me the ticket just for 2 stops and i did pay. The ticket number is J93 809186; when asked for my pass ;He started to quaral with me and started speaking so rudely he said he would be handing over in kormangala depot but when he stopped the bus their he was so rude and asked me to collect the pass the next day and was speaking without any manners.If there was any such rule that i can collect only the next morning he could told it to me instead of barking and creating a scene.
When i asked the name of Conducter, he was not ready to tell. I also observed that he was not wearing his batch through which we can identify his name and the depot to which the bus belongs. However i asked him this bus is from which depot, he said it was from koramangala.
I was asking for a reason for him not returning my bus pass back to me but he was least bothered to tell; he was giving offensive comments when i said my photo is on the pass and cant leave it with him.
Why the conducter is not wearing his batch; when he himself is not good at maintaining his laws and disciplines then why should we have to listen to them and face the situation which insults us.these drivers and conductors are taking more advantage as they are very sure that the BMTC department doesnt take any action against them; i can make this comment because the conductor and the driver started laughing and insisted me to give a compalint against them and also made a statement that i can do nothing even if i file a complaint.
Can the BMTC depatment solve my query and give warning to respective conducter and driver for making such funny scenes.I request the BMTC department to first provide training to their employees to give respect to the public and teach the basic manners to speak to a person. As in this case there is no matter of money, its matter of my insult. If the BMTC solv my query they can contact me for any further clarifications-

Bus Number Was F4423 at that time Petrol Squad asked for ticket/Bus Pass. unfortunately I have not taken the ticket.
Because I have the PREMIUM PASS for the month MAY and it is valid up to 5th of JUN
I am working in ITPL for TCS and I used to purchase the PREMIUM PASS for Rupees 1625 /- every month of 5th in ITPL
and it will be Valid for up to 5t of next month.
And he asked me to pay the fine but at that time He argued with me to pay the fine Rupees 500/- instead of 120 as a ticket price was Rupees 9/-.
I am ready to pay the fine Rupees 120 /- because I had valid Premium pass.
He started to quaral with me and started speaking rudely.
Finally I paid Rupees 500/- Receipt Number 090584.
When I asked the name of Petrol SQUAD, He was not ready to tell.
I also observed that he was not wearing his batch through which we can identify his name and the depot to which the bus belongs.
However I asked him this PERTOL SQUAD is from which depot, he said it was from Shivajinagar.
Could you please let me know the exact fine amount?
