Refund owed $19.99

They were to do an install for Dish Satellite cable. We cancelled the request and were refunded a partial amount from Dish for their portion that was billed in advance, and they told me to get the remaining I need to contact the independent dealer. Looking at my bank statement all I seen was a phone number that isnt valid. I had to do extensive searches to find this company.
