non receiving of admission letter

Good afternoon,
          This is poonam.i've sent my application form on 27th of june.my application no. is-53295.i've not received any admission letter yet.Please tell me how can i submit my 1st installment of admission fee without receiving my admission letter.i am waitng for confirmation.why it is happening? please kindly send me reply as soon as possible.
