Liar on Board

I will NEVER use Europcar again, be VERY VERY careful dealing with them, they have a LIAR on board at Heathrow. If your driver’s licence indicates you are an organ donor you will be offered a FREE upgrade. That is definitely not the case, we found out the hard way (£472.00) and you will be charged heaps by them. We were told a complete pack of lies and Europcar only considers their approach to facts yet by the liars’ statements MISREPRESENTAION has taken place.
