LG refrigerator Model no GL-23GMR SFF

We bought a LG refrigerator in 2005 and eversince we are facing so many issues with the same. Wheneevr we raise a complaint or talk to agent from whom we got the refrigerator, they just say that the model was unsucessful and has been stopped by company. If this model has been unsucessful then the company should replace since it has been a defective model. We have had a horrible experience eversince.
