Our family purchased a Leather Furniture set from this company. Within 1 year we noticed deterioration to the sofa. Soon after both recliner portions were broke. We contacted the francise. They sent a repair worker to evaluate the sofa. This was December, 2008. It is now April, 2009 and no resolution. We have since noticed the leather is cracking on the inside of the cushions.

    If this issue has not been resolved in 6 months, it is the local dealer and not England as a company. As an England dealer, I can testify that if there is a problem with their product they are quick to repair. If the issue still has not been resolved, then contact England and not the local dealer.
