Stopped Service saying documents recived after submitting 2 times and paid 1 month bill

Dear Sir,

My Airtel 3g Number is 9704304671


i took airtel 3g Postpaid connection 1 month back, service was stopped for 10 days saying documents was not submitted, it is corporate plan i submitted documents while taking connection, even after that service was stopped for 10 days , i again submitted documents at airtel showroom , and did follow-up with escalation department by calling more than 30 times sevice was active for 2 day again disconnected saying not submitted documents, i called to airtel call center more than 7 time talked with escalation department 10 times. no use worst service provide. i lost patience feeling very very very bad to take Airtel 3g connecting, even after paying bill after 30 days , how they say documents not submitted even after submitted 2 times...Airtel please think for customers also to solve the issues ASAP. 3G services are very critical.

    Hi Deepak,

    This is the same update getting from every one, Customer care executive, Escalation team, i spoke with one of the manger from Airtel, gave me word service will be Up by 2 nov 4 PM and he said  will give update call on this, nothing is happened, just to make single connection up airtel is taking this many follow-up calls more than 100 calls included every one. Just think how good airtel is providing customer service please try to get this issue resolve ASAP. after 30 days i took connection also facing this problems is very bad very very bad service.

    in my mobile no. 3g service not activated when i send message to 121 message coming 3g is already active on your account but but 3g is not activ in my no. Because when i make a video call 3G is not supported by network
    when search 3g mode operater to idea not acces
