I have never been so angry in my life. Not only was I on the phone with these imbeciles for 2 hours, they could do nothing for me. I am a new Direct TV customer and my dish has gone out at least 4 times already. My husband has been on the roof so many times, he should get a job with Direct TV. First I was on the phone with someone in Mississippi, then Oregon and then Colorado. No one could help. I just wanted someone to come and check the dish. The earliest appointment was on Monday, Jan 24th. It's only Friday. No one could come between now and then. They kept tossing me around, putting me on hold and treating me like I was an idiot. Each time I would ask for a supervisor they would just hand the phone off to someone else. When I asked for a technician phone number they told me they didn't have access to the internet. They were rude, condescending, and stupid. At one point, I must have been on speaker because I even heard them laughing. Absolutely disgusting!

I will NEVER, EVER sign on for direct TV services or recommend them to anyone. In today's world of competitive business, nobody should get away with this kind of conduct.
