Unauthorised charges

I paid shipping for a trial from this company in March, cancelled my account because I could not afford to buy it. and April my Visa was charged $132.41 for some thing I did not order nor did I receive.  When I called the telephone number given it is a fax number and does not ring, just squeals. Being a CDN pensioner and having to pay exchange on the product price is nothing short of eating for a week or starving to pay these robbers.
