regarding unwanted subscription of games club and hungama club

I am suffering the loss of money daily rs.10/By unwanted subscription of hungama club and games club on my airtel mob no.7568221116 for last 3-4 months. So pl.Unsubscribe it and return my loss amount immediately. Im unable to unsubscribe it by sending sms to 121 or 56363 or to airtel live . I get a reply from customer care saying that they are unable to unsubscribe me from this service. Pls help
