europcar is thieves

2 years ago the europcar charge twice booking money- I get it back but not expences for long and expencive phone calls to talk with europcar about "problem"
6 months  ago I book the van one month in advance do the move to other city. On the day just few hours before collect the van I receive the call from europcar about reservation cancellation   I got a shock.  Thats becose the system do not recognize my adrress. After they charge from me reservation cancellation fee  ... Now I am asking for compensation through the courts for all...   I recommend everyone to do so, and punish the thieves
