Harrasing to customer in Migration from PREPAID TO POSTPAID

I have submitted my application with a payment of Rs 300/- to AIRTEL with a request to MIGRATE FROM AIRTEL PREPAID NUMBER ( 8130455024 ) TO POSTPAID on 2nd Dec 2012 In spite of my personal verification done on 4th Dec 2012 by the authorised Airtel Executive Mr Harish ( Mb-8506088430 ) who took my signature & photo from his mobile & sent the same to HIS OFFICE AIRTEL has cancelled my request with a note that " due to incomplete verification Migration is not possible "
I wrote mail & called customer care several times but i was never listened and finally i had to go again for Personal Verification on 25th DEc 2012 & this time again the same executive Mr Harish visited and done my verification to took the siganture of Airtel Form & my documents But again till 29th DEc my Migration from PREPAID TO POST PAID IS NOT DONE
THIS IS DADAGIRI OF AIRTEL NOTHING ELSE NO GUIDELINES OF TRAI IN CONSUMER/CUSTOMER PROTECTION IS ADHERED AT AIRTEL OFFICE VERY SAD & SHOCKING

On my complains instead of resolving my issues how this happened they had given me another number But they were not ready to accept that this was a terminated Number which was issued to me deliberately By RELIANCE COMPANY
When i could not able to get my issue resolve or get any positive response from Reliance i lodged my complain is AKOSHA , but AKOSHA effort also did not brought any result to me HOW HARD SKIN PEOPLE ARE LOOKING AFTER CUTOMER SERVICES / GRIEVANCES IN RELIANCE
SINCE THEY ARE AT FAULT AS SUCH NO ONE CALLED ME OR RESPONDED ME PROPERLY
PL MY DEAR FRIENDS BE CAREFUL OF THESE CHEATERS & VOICE HARD TO EXPOSE THEM & THIER SUCH ATTITUDE AGAINST THEIR CUSTOMERS
