The service provided by DISH and Windstream has gone far above the negotiated amount agreed upon when discussing service.  After the end of the 12 months they raised the bill for basic to $170.  We had to try to negotiate between both Windstream and DISH to lower the cost to the agreed amount increase, and ended up with less service.  Then got another bill higher than expected.  We cancelled and have been charged a $200 Early Cancellation Fee.  I have blocked my account.  Not sure where to go from here.  They nullified the contract by not following agreed upon pricing.
