Unsolicited charge for Daily Chat Decrement.

I have prepaid mobile connection No. 91-8527178792. Although I have not chosen Airtel Friendz Chat Daily Decrement plan, a sum of Rs.1.5 is being deducted daily from balance w.e.f. 27-7-2012. This should be stopped forthwith. I have tried to send SMS to this effect but it has failed every time. Hence this complaint. Hope to get positive response immediately. I am a very senior citizen and cannot tolerate tension of any kind particularly financial matters.
