Charge for subscription not requested

I got a notice from my credit card that my account was charged with a charge and did I want to dispute it. I did but they said to contact the company. So I've been on 3 different websites trying to get a number to call but all I get is the run around. NO PHONE NUMBER. Not a very good way to run a business. I had Kapersky a while back but decided not to get their service any longer. I did NOT renew by contract but they are charging my account anyway. Not a good way to do business.
