House of models some random service got activated

This is frustrating.. activating a serivce without permission and they claim that i clicked on some advertisement...

Firstly i didnt click any link knowingly or by mistake.. secondly who authorized airtel to let some third party deduct from my account balance..

What mockery are they making.. if somebody clicks on some popup ad by mistake, they can even deduct 1 lakh rupees if that much balance is in the account.. according to rbi any monetary transaction has to be authorised by the user which was obviously not done in my case..

I want money back.. they deducted 75 rupees for no reason.. or i am either mailing it to telecom minister or going to court for this unethical behavior..
