pull news activated on its own and Re 1 deducted

As of today 19th Sep 2013 I got a message from airtel pull news that I have subscribed to it when I never did so.I did not call anyone and set it up. Without any reason, Re 1 was deducted from my account. To sort it out I called up customer care and raised the point. I was told that the service airtel pull news has been deactivated. When i told him that I never subscribed for same and I would like to complain about it, he told me rudely that he would not take any complaint and then he ended the call.
please stop this scam.
