    OMG THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME!!! And the 3 months it kept taking money out of my account AFTER I "cancelled" it over drafted my account! So I had to pay for this crap AND get a $35 over draft fee each time it happened!!!! >:O I AM FURIOUSSS!

    The same exact thing just happened to me. I have called a million times and am now getting a new card and have told my bank not to accept their charges. I returned all of the bottles unopened and still have yet to get my money back from them.

    Same thing.  SCAM - they should be ashamed of themselves.  I just got a box of vitamins (which essentially are the same as any other multivitamin) which I DID NOT order!  Paid $30 for them too.  They will not refund.  So I have blocked ALL payments to this company (Wen, whatever)  My bank, (Wells Fargo) charged me $30 to block a shipper or automatic payments from this company.  Heck, I may like the product, but not at the price or amount that you give them.  I have a stockpile of shampoo and vitamins for anyone that wants one!  I will be selling them on e-bay.  If I want the product again I will BUY it from e-bay.

    Thanks for the info because this many complaints just can't take the chance if I don't like it they will keep drafting my account. I guess the shampoo and vitamins I use now will have to do,

    It's a cramming scam..
    Dispute the charges as fraudulent through your bank, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
