this company is withdrawing money from my account without my knowing or authorization. i filed a complaint with my bank, i hope this helps, next step, the authorities.

To protect your FCBA or Reg E dispute rights, file your dispute for the fraudulent charge IN WRITING with your bank.
Also request that your bank close that account number to prevent future fraudulent charges.
File complaints against the company with FTC and your state AG.
Do NOT use debit or check cards. Cancel any you have. Use only credit cards at on-line or retail merchants, since it is less disruptive to cancel them after a security breach. Use checks only with rent, mortgage, or utilities, etc. (companies that you know). Use ATM cards with PIN only at your bank's ATM machines.
