I noticed a pending charge for $79.95 on my checkcard number for these people @ DRI*REG.NET w/ no phone number. I immediately called my number for fraud on my creditcard and put a block on it.

    THANK YOU FOR THE PHONE NO.I called it,1800-999-2734 I spoke to a very nice man named Harvey, He informed me that the Co[AcaiBerry] had them take it out.and would speak to them and have them cancel and reimburse me my money within 5-7days.I informed him I already canceled it the day after I  got it, way before the 15 days were up,Iwent on to say, after speaking to my Bank this morning and having to closed out my ATM Card and now having to wait for a new one 7 working days because I'm disabled and can't drive to the bank to get a new one today.I again called the phone no.18663200038,spoke to a man named Steve Martin, who said, on his computer it showes I did canceled the products on 2/10/2009 and he didn't know why you were taking money out of my account.There is a old saying and I believe it to be true;Their peeing in my hand and trying to convince me it's raining. the bottom line is, I'm out $79.95 right now, I'm sure I'll get it back,but when? I pay alot of my bills on line with my ATM Card, among other things I do with it because it's hard for me to get out. Well live and learn.

    Oh Goodness me... I've been taken for right expensive ride here.  I signed up to both DRI Bromolite and Acaiberry....what an absolute sucker!!!  Having found this forum I phoned DRI on 001-866-897-0663 and spoke to a rep (recorded her name) and after discussion I have cancelled the ongoing issue and payment for Bromolite and am persuing a refund for previous payments.  When asked why I wanted to cancel I explained that I've been seriously ill since Christmas and am not allowed to put anything into my body apart from what is prescribed.  She is forwarding (hopefully!) via email a form to reclaim for January.  She said the payment taken on 4th Feb will be refunded.  I recorded all the cancellation and refund reference numbers.  I haven't had this success with Acaiberry people yet on 001-877-317-0193.  I have also contacted my credit card company and have cancelled that card and am awaiting another one, also a 'fraud' investigation will be followed up by them.
    I won't be ordering anything like that EVER again.  It is a jolly good money earner for them as I'm sure it is all in the small print!!!  Oh well, lesson learned I think........

    the rep told me who the vender was, and similar to GR in Washington, i had cancelled about two weeks ago. then at 2:30 am i got a call from my bank saying that i had a charge of $39.95 to my account. i was told i would get a cancellation and a refund in "5 to 7 business days". we'll see how that goes. reading everybody's stories is making me worried. i'm 17 its almost 3:30 and mom is pissed. this is bull

    the same thing happened to me now i have a negitave amount on bank because of these people even tho i have a cancalation number they still posted this on my account. im very pissed about this scam.

    I finally got my $69.95 credited back to my account. It took another phone call to DRI*REG.NET. This time Gabriel said it would take five to seven days for my credit to show up. It took eight. I beleive that all three, Grant University, the web site who recommended them and DRI*REG.NET are in on one big scam.

    I feel really stupid!got charged $88.68 for AcaiBerry supposed to be $4.95
    also got charged $69.95 for Bromalite suppose to be only $4.95.This Dri*Reg.net I never even heard of them.so I'm off to my bank gotta get a new card.these people are thives.
    oh yes thanks to those before me that posted the phone numbers to contact these unethical bottom feeders so I could tell them what I really think!!

    I checked my account this morning and noticed a $69.90 charge from VISA - DRI*REG.NET pending on my account. luckily I got VISA - DRI*REG.NET's number (800-999-2734) from this site. I immediately called them and they promised to cancel the charge. My bank was also notified. I will let you guys know how it turns out. Thank you guys.

    lol every one of these complaints is wrong - Reg.net is the company they are using to make credit card payments through, it is a huge company, and has nothing to do with Bromalite.  That's like saying that you have a bank of america card and want to know who these "Visa" thieves are, since you have a BofA card, not a Visa one.

    These are professional scammers who hook people into giving them their credit card number by requiring a small fee then they charge your card multiple times.  You need to call your bank, report the card lost, and order a new debit/credit card.  It's the only way to stop the charges.

    You cancel, they still charge.  You call them, they promise a refund that never comes.  Report your card lost before you lose more money.
