Unsolicited Phone Calls

My cell phone is not using Rogers Wireless, I am using another cell phone company.  Don't know why they call me everydays and a few times a days.  This already happen a few months now.  They just keep saying about my account but I don't even use Rogers Wireless, how can I have an account.  What make me mad is one guy call "RAY" from Rogers tell me they can't do anything about it and I have to keep getting those phone call from them.  This is the reason don't use Rogers and never give any information to Rogers.
