Called today, 7/22/17 at 1730 and spoke with Amanda. She was no helpful and refuse to address my issue. She resulted in hanging up on me at 1735. She not give me any employee identity get information but assured me that the call was being recorded for future identification purposes.
There is a contractor that I expressed several to the company that I did not want to return to my home for services. He came and supposedly fixed my air conditioner and it broke a week later. I asked Amanda not to send him back to my home because he called and was rude and even insinuated that I did something to break my AC unit. Amanda refused to refer my issue to another contracted and would not allow my information to another employee, manager, etc to assist me. And again she hung up on me
