AVA MERCHANDISING & Citi Bank is FRAUD

I have purchased a Product cost Rs 2000/- product is MP9. When I recieved product, it was defected. I sent back to company to change product. Company repaired that and send back to me. But again problem has not solved. I called at customer care and request to not buy product and request to refund my money. They told it will be refunded with in 2 months. Today its 1 yr 2 months crossed still i am waiting for refund. I complaint at Citi bank customer care also but no responce, because i purchased it through Citi bank. It clear shows how citi bank is cheating to its customer with colleboration with AVA merchandising.
