Fraudlent ways of charging customers

I've been charged many times for the service which i never even activated.
"VideopindW_VIDEOPINDW" is the name of the service they use to charge you more money.
I've mailed Airtel regarding this.
They also charge you more than the tariff they themselves show on the bill.
Eg: Charge/msg is INR 5
you send two messages, and they charge you INR 50.
No maths sense at all.

Then they even loot you by charging you tax on the extra amount you paid.

So, in addition to paying for the services you never used, you even pay tax on it.
