Auto activation of house of model service of airtel

Sir, House of model service of airtel was activated automatically in my number on 27 nov and 5rs was deducted &the following day another 15rs was deducted..then i deactivated..2day again this service was auto activated...called customer service..but couldnt provide proper explanation...total 35 rs has been deducted till date..plz resolve this hell service issue
