continuous calling....we stopped this service as discovering the scam several years ago.

We stopped this service several years ago as it is a scam.   They continue to call us several times a day....I have repeatedly asked them to stop and they continue..    I know they are from India, but I assume they understand English.   How to stop these calls...absolutely absurd.   Do I need to contact the local police??????
