I’m sending in this payment with protest. I purchased a Kitchen Aid product and needed it serviced. I did not call A&E factory service direct for a service run.
My complaint is the service man on the 1-27-12 call was VERY unprofessional and actually told my wife that the reason that we had an issue was she did not know how to cook. He ascertained this by only opening the top door of the stove. When asked if there was any recalls due to the design on this product he responded back with “that’s a pay grade above mine”.
The reason I’m paying this bill and not pursing this after three tries is I was threatened by an A&E rep. (Sylvia 1:26pm 3-16-12) stating if you’re not going to pay this invoice then I’ll just sent it onto the collection agency. NOTE:  I have work very had after being after being laid off for nearly one year to have a spike in my credit report for $78.50.
I will do my best to inform the appropriate customer advocates within the law my thoughts on A&E Factory Service Company.
