I had a prepaid number and I got a call for MyPlan of Rs 399 with the following plan commited to me.
Local Minutes: 300
STD Minutes: 150
3G plan: 540 mb
local SMS: 200
Call or SMS rates, after completion of free minutes or free sms:
STD: 30 paise/minute
local: 20 paise/minute
SMS: 20 paise/minute
AND calls to 1 local airtel number for free.
After verification of my number for converting it to post paid, I have got only the following benefits:
Local Minutes: 300
STD Minutes: 150
3G plan: 540 mb
Call or SMS rates, after completion of free minutes or free sms:
STD: 50 paise/minute
local: 50 paise/minute
This is not the plan I was promised and it is a fraud act to promise a customer for something,make him pay and provide him something else!
I have the bill and called back on customer care number:01145794255. Someone named RIHAN picked up and asked me to go ahead with the verification and he would update the plan from his end. After that he does not pick my calls or picks up the call and disconnects!

This is with reference to your post dated 25 April 2014. We are keen to resolve your concern; however, we will require your airtel account number along with an alternate contact number to resolve it effectively.
