about conversion code payment

i recevied a mail that i have won $2500000 through online loutry. on my reply an adress was given. there is a corresponder, named paul adams from online department of first royal bank london. he is asking me to send 950 pounds to get code of conversion for online transfer of funds. what is the ethenticity of this person and what should i do??
